More time with your specialist. Concierge appointments are longer, unhurried consultations with a GMC-registered specialist clinician, arranged around you.

• Longer appointments. Normally around one hour, so there is room for your full history and every question.
• Home visits. By prior agreement, and where a clinician is available in your area, you can be seen at home instead of by video.
• Weekend appointments. By prior agreement, if weekdays do not work for you.

The clinical standard is the same as in our standard service, and a longer appointment does not make a prescription more likely: treatment is prescribed only where the specialist decides it is clinically appropriate for you. Concierge fees are published before you book and are payable whatever the clinician decides.
