A calm, clinically supervised weekend at a high-end London hotel, designed for people who are new to this type of treatment. It begins with a consultation, and the weekend itself is only offered if a specialist decides treatment is right for you.
Who it is for
Adults in the UK who have been living with a condition such as chronic pain, certain mental-health conditions or sleep problems, have already tried standard treatments, and are now considering specialist treatment for the first time. If you would rather take your first steps with a clinician nearby, in a setting that is private and comfortable, this weekend is built for you.
It is not for people who are already settled on treatment. Our standard online service is the right fit there.

Consultation before the retreat
A video consultation with a GMC-registered specialist clinician, held from home. They review your medical history and previous treatments and decide whether any treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

If eligible: the weekend in London
Arrive on Friday evening and leave on Sunday afternoon. Your stay is at a high-end London hotel with its own spa. A clinician is available throughout, so your first days of treatment are guided, questions are answered as they come up, and the pace stays calm.

Follow-up from home
After the weekend, your care continues online with Flora House: follow-up reviews with your clinician and, where prescribed, dispensing by a licensed UK pharmacy with discreet home delivery.
What is included
- The pre-retreat video consultation with a GMC-registered specialist.
- Two nights at the hotel, with access to the spa and treatment areas.
- A clinician on hand across the weekend, with time set aside for one-to-one conversations.
- A follow-up review after you return home.
Retreat and consultation fees are published before you book. Medication costs are separate and, if a prescription is issued, are quoted to you privately by the dispensing pharmacy. Being invited to the weekend never guarantees that treatment will be prescribed: that remains an individual clinical decision at every stage.
